Shri Raghuvir Saran Degree College, Agra is a privately owned self-financed college, affiliated to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra and SCERT, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh & Recognised by NCTE, in the year 2003. The college owes its origin to the foresight and sagacity of its founder Shri K. K. Sharma, for promoting education. The college takes pride in the past, embraces the power of the present and delivers the promise of the future ever since its inception in 1992. Having completed 27 years of meritorious service rendered to community, It aims to produce future teachers with integrated personalities, who can prove as an asset in the national reconstruction.

• In 1992, the group was the first to establish a private institution to promote technical education at Diploma and undergraduate level in engineering and technology, a institute in the Agra region.
• In 2003, the group was leading to establish a private college to provide B.Ed., B.P.Ed. programme in the Agra region.
• In 2016, the group was start DELEd (Formerly BTC) programme in 2016 in the college.
